Found something broken? Here's what helps us track it down fast.
Where to send it
Email support@rally.family with the subject “Bug report.” Our team typically responds within a few hours on weekdays.
What to include
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce it — the more exact, the faster we can fix it.
- Where it happened: web dashboard, kids portal, browser extension, Rally app, or mobile app.
- Browser/OS and device type, especially if it's a school-issued Chromebook or laptop.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it's a visual or blocking issue.
Blocking issues specifically
If a site or app isn't being blocked or allowed as expected, tell us the exact domain or app, the rule you set (blocked, free, or coin cost), and whether the browser extension or the Rally app is involved — that narrows down which layer to check first.
